PCI provides complete
turnkey on-site installation including all
software, hardware and project management to
insure a successful implementation.
Training & Knowledge
PCI has developed RCS/RBS/ARS
to be easy to learn and master, because they
utilize menus and tables to drive the systems.
We have developed a specific learning path to
ensure maximum knowledge transfer.
Interfacing
PCI is very adept and
experienced at interfacing our products to your
existing infrastructure. These interfaces vary
from on-line to batch updates. Examples of the
interfaces include; several ODBC compliant
stored procedures, SOAP, telnet, remote shell (RSH),
XML and ASCII file updates
Support
Full support is provided
by PCI in the support agreement. This fee
includes the software license, 800-phone
support, remote dial in support and on-site
support (not including expenses) and PCI
initiated application upgrades.
Upgrades
When PCI initiates
enhancements to the existing version of the
system, they are provided for under the
contract. Clients are given a substantial
pricing reduction on new releases of our
products.
